We are pleased to announce that in the Nationwide Professor Czesław Mojsiewicz Best PhD Dissertation on Political Science Award for the dissertation defended in 2017, the Main Board of the Polish Political Science Association has awarded distinction to the PhD dissertation of dr. Piotr Obacz.

Scholarship of the government of the Republic of Slovakia for Wiktor Hebdy, Ph.D.

We are pleased to announce that Dr Wiktor Hebda, assistant at the Department of Contemporary Political Transformations, Institute of Political Sciences and International Relations, received a scholarship from the Government of the Slovak Republic (National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic) for realization the project entitled ‘Foreign and security policy of the Slovak Republic’.

Monographs of the employees of the Institute receive awards for the best publications of 2017 and 2018

On 8 November 2018, Adam Kirpsza, PhD and Tomasz Pugacewicz, PhD were awarded by the Polish International Studies Association (PTSM) for the best original monograph on International Relations published in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
