  1. Energy security issues, geopolitics of resources and their scarcity, EU climate policy and the development of the climate change international regime, international environmental policy,
  2. European integration, institutional reforms, enlargement issues, security and defense policy, monetary integration,
  3. The foreign policy of contemporary France, French Mediterranean policy, the Euro-Atlantic relations, conflicts and crisis situation response/international crisis management.

Current research:

The origins and evolution of energy cooperation in Europe, the institutionalization of energy security in the EU, EU climate policy and implications of energy - climate package for Poland, French energy policy – own project.

Planned research:

Energy security governance, implications of the growing energy needs for the world economy, nuclear power and renewable energy, their importance in the contemporary international relations (political and economic one), nuclear technology proliferation problem, cooperation in the field of nuclear energy, climate protection, environmental degradation - own project.
