In 2018 sixty years pass since the adoption of the Constitution of the Fifth French Republic – an act that, due to its introduction of multiple innovative features, has not only shaped the political institutions of the modern France, but has made a permanent impact on the modern Eruopean constitutionalism, becoming a source of inspiration for other countries. On the occasion of that anniversary, we would like to invite you to attend an interdisciplinary scientific conference on the subject of the institutions of the Fifth Republic as seen from the legal, philosophical, and political perspectives. We believe that the success of the French constitutional project of six decades age, as well as the approaching anniversary of its introduction, provides an opportunity for fruitful exchange of views among the scholars specializing in constitutionalism, government studies, political doctrines and political parties.
