  • Second half of September (2 weeks before the start of classes in the winter semester) - registration for classes in the winter semester. Detailed information about the registration date will be available at https://www.usosweb.uj.edu.pl. Exemptions, group changes are possible only until the end of the first full week of classes in the winter semester.
  • September 15 - the final date of introducing the thesis to the AP system
  • September 30 - the deadline for submitting documents for diploma /thesis exam
  • September 30 - the deadline for submitting documents related to the settlement of the academic year
  • October 15 - the secretary's office is obliged to settle the accounts of each Student for a given academic year by October 15 of the following academic year
  • October 19 - by that date, students should connect the subjects carried out in the winter semester and all-year subjects under the appropriate program and stage of study

  • March 12 - by that date, students should connect the subjects carried out in the summer semester under the appropriate program and stage of studies.
  • June 15 - the deadline for registration in the specialization of first-cycle students
