On May 12. A scientific seminar devoted to the issues of contemporary wars and conflicts and their perception on the international arena was organized, with particular emphasis on the Russian aggression against Ukraine and the ongoing war in that country. During the seminar, the results of research on the indicated aspects were presented.
The seminar was attended by:

- Yulia Kazdobina - Ukrainian Foundation for Security Studies,
- Prof. Ricardo Gamboa Valenzuela - University of Chile, Institute of International Studies,
- Prof. Ivan Kozachenko - Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Taube Centre.
The international scientific seminar was organized as part of the project led by Dr. Edyta Chwiej, in the WSMiP competition for the development of cooperation with the external environment of the university. The research was carried out with the financial support of the Faculty of International and Political Studies, as part of the Strategic Program Initiative of Excellence at the Jagiellonian University.
