International conference "Crisis of the contemporary security system: in search of a new international order" in Lviv

On April 4-5 this year An international conference "Crisis of the contemporary security system: in search of a new international order" was held in Lviv. The conference was organized at the Faculty of International Studies of the Ivan Franko State University as part of a consortium with the Polish Association for International Studies, the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, The East European State Higher School in Przemysl and the Center for International Security and Partnership in Lviv.

During the conference the most important aspects related to the transformation of contemporary conditions of international security have been discussed, in regional and global terms. In the presented papers, the participants also discussed the geopolitical situation in particular regions of the world, as well as new types of threats to international security. The conference was attended by over 70 scientists representing the most important Polish and Ukrainian academic centers.
