We are happy to announce that that our employee Marcin Grabowski, Associate Professor at Institute of Political Science and International Relations has been recently elected a Co-Vice Chair of International Studies Association (ISA) Global International Relations Section during this year ISA Convention in San Francisco.
Prof. Grabowski will be a Co-Vice Chair of ISA GIRS along with Dr. Jasmine K. Gani from University of St Andrews (Scotland, UK) and together they will assist a new elected Chair – Prof. Lina Benabdallah from Wake Forest University (North Carolina, United States) – in leading Global IR Section for the next two years. He will also serve as a Programme Co-Chair for GIRS for the upcoming ISA conventions in Chicago (Illinois, US) and Columbus (Ohio, US).
The ISA Global International Relations Section (GIRS) strives to cultivate a truly inclusive platform by championing diverse perspectives, particularly from the Global South, fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue, and amplifying voices traditionally underrepresented in international relations discourse.
